REFUND POLICY

This policy; In the event of a dispute between the LSA Trading company and the Investor, it is valid according to terms expressed in English or any other language. In exceptional cases, LSA Trading may refund payments made by credit card. In this case, the balance is returning to the card used for the deposit.

1. The investor has the right to close his/her account at his/her request. The company will approve the closure of the account in the following cases;
2. In the absence of active investment.
3. In the absence of an ongoing investigation into any of the clauses of the current Terms of Service.
4. In the lack of a fee deposited in the account. If the investor demands, the company has to close the account.
5. Refunds will not be made in case of a violation of the terms of service. Or if it has been suspending due to any abuse detected by the company.
6. The company will not make a refund in the following cases; In case of loss due to a foreseen or unforeseen reason.
7. Refund demand can be complete if the investor has deposited money into his/her account, but no transaction has been made with the deposit in his/her account.
8. In case of a refund, the payment method you used will be the source. The full amount will be refunded, unless other arrangements are made.
9. Refunds are finalizing within five business days.
10. All other withdrawal requests will be count as withdrawal requests, and related methods and procedures will be applied.
11. A ten percent withdrawal processing fee will be charged from accounts that have not invested before.
12. It is a buy-sell strategy that the investor (Scalper / Pip Hunter) tries to take advantage of narrow gaps and small price movements by making large numbers of transactions on a small price range and small price. If LSA Trading finds that the trader is a scalper or a pip hunter; the trader creates a situation that the company does not permit and the company can implement the following procedures without prior written notice:
13. LSA Trading may terminate the contract.
14. LSA Trading may close the open positions in the current account of the investor.
15. LSA Trading may reflect the amount earned by the investor in the case mentioned above as a debt to be payable to the company.
16. LSA Trading may consolidate investor's accounts, consolidate balances in his/her accounts and adjust the balance.
17. LSA Trading may reject the investor's request to open a new account.
18. LSA Trading may cease the investor's investment of money indefinitely.
